POSITION: Administrator

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or Related


Responsible for maintaining a database with customer and vendor information; Coordinates and develops project plans and schedules; Coordinate agendas for regularly scheduled management level meetings; Must also prepare and distribute minutes for meetings; Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries; Prepares reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents; Responsible for sending contracts to new clients and vendors; Communicate to the appropriate parties any decisions made by management; Provide customer service to clients by handling customer service phone calls, follow-up, and problem resolution; Coordinate and assist with company functions such as holiday events, training and meetings; Conduct research and complete company reports such as market surveys and on-site reports; Assist with property takeovers through coordination of required documents, manuals, reports, and forms; Maintain office records and filing systems.
